Sleep Fact Countdown: #36

One of the best predictors of insomnia later in life is the development of bad habits from having sleep disturbed by young children.

Not having young children myself, I'm not sure I understand what "bad habits" develop. Like late night snacking? Or like sleeping with clothes on ...

And that ladies and gentleman was my PG-13 joke of the day. Whew, the censorship committee is gonna be all my over butt for that one I'm sure! :)

Probably sleeping in 2 hour increments instead of a full 8 hour sleep... and napping during the day.. and .. hey! I'm not narcoleptic. I'm a mom! :D

From what I understand, being a Mom is a lot like being Narcoleptic! Haha ... you just feel tired all of the time because of kids and things to do, rather than a lack of hypocretin! Lol.
