Even mild sleep apnea ups heart risk
I post the following story for my Father, who suffers from sleep apnea (turns out sleep issues run in the family).
I hope he's paying close attention.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

I'm really sad that you don't have any new posts (unless I'm blind, which I guess shouldn't surprise me - I even surprise doctors "what? but you look so healthy! you're so fit and you're only 19! I thought we must have gotten your sleep study mixed up." woo)
So, this is my plea. Post some more happiness. I just found your blog and I'll be really sad if you don't...
P.S. My mom has sleep apnea. I think you and I are twins.
